SweatSheet ("the App") is a workout tracking app. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google to create and identify your account. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive only the information you choose to share.
Workout data. Exercises, sets, reps, weights, workout templates, personal records, and streak history that you log in the App.
Apple Health data (optional). If you choose to connect Apple Health, the App reads step counts, active calories, body weight, and workout history, and can write body-weight entries you manually log in the App. This only happens with your explicit permission through Apple's own permission system, and can be revoked at any time in your iPhone's Settings.
Camera (push-up counter feature). The push-up counter uses your device's camera and on-device pose detection to count repetitions. Camera images are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted anywhere.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Your account and workout data are stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), a cloud infrastructure provider. Data is associated only with your account and is not accessible to other users.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App: go to Profile → Delete Account & All Data. This action is irreversible.

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
